AB135 – Requires Nevada Housing Crises Response System to assist people in crisis, including homeless youth to obtain State i.d. card

AB289 – Enacts provisions relating to the natural organic reduction or composting of human remains.

AB400 – Creates the Office of School Choice within the Department of Education with an Executive Director whom is responsible for the administration of the Office and also for the administration of the Nevada Educational Choice Scholarship Program.

SJR7 – Creates Constitutional Amendment to codify abortion as a Nevada Constitutional right.

SB131 – Allows and encourages travel to NV for an abortion from states where abortion is banned for purposes of obtaining an abortion; eliminates penalties if home state prohibits abortion. This bill is also referred to as abortion tourism.

SB136 – Requires certain health insurance to cover treatment of conditions relating to gender dysphoria, gender incongruence and other disorders of sexual development. (BDR 57-129)

SB211 – Provides that if a marriage was solemnized in this State and a spouse receives a changing the name of that spouse, the county shall issue a corrected certificate of marriage.

SB239 – Assisted Suicide: Allows an advanced practice nurse to prescribe life-ending medication designed to end the life of a patient.

SB280 – Requires a hospital, upon the request of a patient giving birth at the hospital, to provide for the insertion of certain intrauterine contraceptive devices.

SB287 – Creates the Transforming Opportunities for Toddlers and Students Grant Program within the Nevada ABLE Savings Program and requires the State Treasurer to administer the Grant Program.
