Nevada Abortion Amendment in State Constitution

In Nevada’s November 2024 general election, there is an abortion related ballot initiative that proposes to radically expand and enshrine abortion into our Nevada Constitution. The Nevada Catholic Conference opposes this constitutional amendment and the ballot initiative seeking to permanently place the right to abortion in our state constitution.
